PLAYBACK APPLICATION: The whole point of recording ship’s voyage data is to play it back after the fact. That means not only must the ship’s VDR run flawlessly round-the-clock, night and day, but there must also be a good software tool to go with it. Indeed, the Highlander Windows® based VDR playback program is handy to use, allowing you to view and appraise various data types at once. Sailing events can be reviewed with phenomenal accuracy. The investigation of incidents and accidents is performed more quickly than ever before.
